AWAYK is a brand of United Food Brands Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 04649369), registered office 6 Alexandra Terrace, Alexandra Road, Aldershot, GU11 3HU.
This website is here to showcase our products. We keep the information we collect to a minimum.


What we collect
If you contact us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and your message. You can also give us your phone number, company name and the subject of your enquiry if you wish. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include.

Automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and which pages you viewed. This is handled by our website platform and is used to keep the site running and secure.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not run accounts or logins on this site.


Why we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on any trade, stockist or press conversation that results.
We will not sell or rent your details, share them for marketing, or send you marketing emails unless you have asked us to.


Who we share it with
Our website is built and hosted on Wix, so information submitted through the site is processed by Wix on our behalf. We also use a standard business email provider to receive and reply to enquiries.
We may share information where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else.
Because these providers operate internationally, your information may be stored outside the UK. We rely on the safeguards these providers have in place for such transfers.


How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and form submissions for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then delete them. Business and trade correspondence may be kept longer where we need it for our records.

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also object to how we are using it, or withdraw your consent where you have given it.
