WHAT IS MATCHA?

HOW TO MAKE MATCHA
Scoop
Add ½ tsp (1g) – 1 tsp (2g) of matcha to a bowl or cup.
SPLASH
Add 30–45ml hot water, cooled slightly to
75–80°C.
WHISK
Whisk until silky smooth and lightly frothy.
SIP
Sip as it is, pour over ice, or add your favourite milk.
